Such friendly receptionists, happy and helpful. They offered us a complimentary glass of Prosecco after checking-in, very welcome! They had jars of sweets to help yourself, another lovely gesture. Our room was on 10th floor with a lift that only stopped at floors G and 10. The views were awesome. The room was clean and modern, large with all necessary facilities. Good wifi. Comfortable bed and an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast had everything we wanted - delicious! When we checked out, we were each offered ½ lt carton of soft drink for journey. All these small gestures add up to a huge feel-good experience. Free parking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chain to anyone!

We had such a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe! Upon arrival, we were surprised with an upgrade to a suite on the 10th floor – what an amazing start. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the staff went the extra mile by welcoming us with bubbly and delicious macarons. It felt truly special and luxurious. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and attentive. We received great recommendations about the city and restaurants, which made our short stay even better. An unforgettable experience – we felt so well taken care of and would absolutely come back! 💛

Very polite reception staff, when we arrived we have been checked in even before the time for check in. There were drinks in lobby almost during the whole stay. Also afternoon breakfast was served during the weekend. Room was clean, housekeeping also was polite and helpful as the TV remote control was not working, so she changed the batteries.

The building and some of decor seems a little dated but the facilities and standard of service provided more than make up for this, especially for the price. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional and are well-informed and able and willing to help the guests. A great advert for your place! Rooms are well-equipped, with fridge, welcome drink and toiletries in bathroom a nice touch. Very comfortable room. Breakfast is very good, even better than many higher-rated hotels. Huge range of options and well organised and replenished. Location opposite the Tiergarten and two stops on S Bahn to station, also walkable to city centre. Limited options close by for eating and drinking but easy transport to city and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel (although I didn't use that). Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable bed, good and big table where you can place the laptop and work. There’s a candy bar in the lobby, coffee, tea and refreshments available. Breakfast is quite standard but good and the restaurant is nice.

As mentioned by other guests, breakfast is excellent there. It's a well diversified buffet of good quality fare. I truly enjoyed my breakfast at Leonardo. Quiet location within 10 minutes walking to the centre of Karlsruhe, 2 minutes to the U-Bahn station, and there is a great therme across the street. The view from my 9th floor room is nice. The staff is outstanding, and always genuinely attentive to the needs of the guest, all with a smile. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Free coffee, teas, and fruit flavoured water in the lobby.

Staff were truly friendly and responsive. Made whole world of a difference. The hotel was clean and kept in very good conditions. Location was great. Environment was safe and quiet, yet accessible easily by several tram lines. It was overall a wonderful stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The lounge was also showing Champions League football when we arrived. Great entertainment too.

First thing that I would mention is service and exceptional work of the hotel's staff. After such a warm welcome you feel like home here. The location is very good for a quick sightseeing tour around the town or for a comfortable train ride elsewhere. WiFi signal was good even on the 9th floor. Personally I appreciated that in our room there were 2 pillows of different sizes and density. All in all it was a very pleasant, comfortable stay. Another thing wortg mentioning is that infrared light in the bathroom ceiling. I have never seen such a thing in a hotel and I absolutely loved using it! It really helped me make the dull German winter days a bit cosier and lighter. We'll definitely come back here.

The property is not only close to the DB metro station but as well as to the tram, train and bus station! And to top it off it’s opposite a Zoo/park 🥹 I had a wonderful stay and the receptionist Justine just made it even more great! He was so helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left offering to find things for me to do in the city. All the staff were friendly that’s why I booked another nights stay. I had a wonderful view of the city from my window as well.
